What accuracy do UCEGA pin gauges offer?
UCEGA pin gauges are manufactured to 卤0.001mm accuracy (Class ZZ equivalent), with some ceramic models offering 卤0.0005mm precision. Each gauge is individually inspected and comes with a calibration certificate.
What materials are UCEGA pin gauges made of?

How do I choose the right pin gauge size?
Select a pin gauge size that matches the nominal hole diameter you need to inspect. For go/no-go testing, use the go gauge at the lower tolerance limit and the no-go gauge at the upper limit. UCEGA offers gauges from 0.10mm to 20.00mm in 0.01mm increments.
Do UCEGA pin gauges come with calibration certificates?
Yes, every UCEGA pin gauge and gauge set includes an individual calibration certificate traceable to international standards. Sets include a master list of all gauge sizes and their actual measured values.
What is the difference between go and no-go gauges?
A go gauge is sized to the minimum acceptable dimension and should enter the hole if it is within tolerance. A no-go gauge is sized to the maximum acceptable dimension and should NOT enter the hole. If the go gauge enters and the no-go gauge does not, the part passes inspection.
How should I store and maintain pin gauges?
Store pin gauges in their original fitted cases, away from moisture and corrosive environments. Clean with a soft cloth and light oil after each use. Avoid dropping or gauging rough surfaces. Annual recalibration is recommended for critical applications.
